Question

The technique ---- was developed in the 1960s is still used in almost every clinical laboratory.

Accepted Answer

that — Boşluk, cansız bir varlık olan 'technique' kelimesini niteleyen ilgi cümlesinin öznesidir; bu yüzden 'that' (ya da 'which') gerekir. 'Who' yalnızca insanlar için kullanılır. 'Where' bir yer bildirir ve burada özne görevi göremez.
